I’m an HR leader with experience supporting organizations through growth, complexity, and change. My background spans creative and marketing agencies, technology and fintech, healthcare and medical device organizations, manufacturing environments, real estate and consumer-facing businesses, often serving as the primary or senior HR partner.

I bring over a decade of experience supporting organizations operating across complex, highly regulated state and local employment environments, including California, New York, Chicago, and multi-state workforces. Much of my work has involved advising leadership teams in fast-moving businesses where compliance risk, employee relations, and organizational design require sound judgment and practical execution.

My approach is grounded, hands-on, and business-aligned. I partner closely with founders, executives, and leadership teams to navigate people decisions that are compliant, thoughtful, and realistic for how the organization actually operates.
